How do I sign up for a retreat?
Email us from the Contact Us page of your retreat of choice. We will connect briefly to answer any questions and email a registration link. Once we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to pay a refundable deposit of $1,500. If the retreat is guaranteed, you will be required to pay the remaining balance at least 180 days prior to the retreat start date. Please advise if a payment plan is needed in order for you to join the retreat.
What is the payment process?
- Deposit: A refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to hold your place. This deposit will be fully refunded if the retreat does not reach the minimum number of participants.
- Balance Payment: Once the retreat is guaranteed (minimum number of participants met), we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Payment is due no later than 180 days before the retreat start date.
- If the retreat is not guaranteed, all payments, including your deposit and any balance paid, will be fully refunded.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your participation, please email us at connect@fleurdelysetreats.com with “Cancellation” in the subject line. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 180 days before the retreat: You will receive a credit for the amounts you’ve paid, minus at $150 processing fee.
- 180 days or less before the retreat: No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
If you need to cancel within this 180-day window, contact your travel insurance provider for any potential reimbursements.
What if Fleur de Lys Retreats needs to reschedule a retreat?
In the rare event that we need to reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure or circumstances out of our control), your reservation will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Do I need to arrange my own transportation to the retreat?
No, we’ve got you covered! Our retreats include scheduled transportation to and from the nearest airport or train station, as well as to and from planned activities.
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Travel plans can sometimes be unpredictable, and want to ensure you're financially covered in case plans change. There are many options for travel insurance, including coverage offered by your credit card, an insurance broker, your airline, or your travel agent.
